BOOKING POLICY
How do I book an appointment?
You can easily book through our online system. Simply select your desired procedure, choose an available date and time, and fill in your contact details. Once confirmed, your time is exclusively reserved for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your booking deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, fail to attend your appointment, or arrive more than 15 minutes late.
Are there any medical restrictions?
Yes. We cannot perform treatments if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, or any other contagious blood-borne infectious disease. Please inform your artist of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to your treatment.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive without any makeup. 3–5 days before your procedure, avoid sunbathing, facials, antibiotics, blood-thinning medications, and alcohol. 24 hours prior, please avoid coffee, energy drinks, painkillers, and heavy workouts.
What if I am booking Permanent Lip Blush and have a history of cold sores?
